Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC (SRBOK) has worked extensively in the field of civil engineering and surveying. Our firm has been in responsible charge and directed the completion of numerous storm water hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design; roadway and bridge design; traffic signalization; water distribution improvement projects; sanitary sewer improvements; and topographical survey throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area and the entire state. Our experienced team is able to provide complete engineering design services from project inception through construction. Smith-Roberts- Baldischwiler features over 10 surveying crews to complete a variety of surveying services.

SRBOK features three statewide offices located in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Chickasha. The SRBOK Tulsa Managing Director is Jack L. Page, P.E., former Director of Development Services in the Economic Development Department for the City of Tulsa. He had been an employee with the City of Tulsa since 1978 where his responsibilities included overseeing the review and approval of development activities for the City of Tulsa. Such activities include the building permit process, zoning, signage, infrastructure connection control, inspections and IDP projects. Mr. Page also acts as the floodplain administrator for the City of Tulsa.

Mr. Page is a registered professional engineer, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Kansas State University and a master’s from Oklahoma State University. In 1992, Mr. Page received the Outstanding Public Service Award from FEMA and was named Floodplain Manager of the Year in 1993 by the Oklahoma Floodplain Management Association. Mr. Page received the Outstanding Engineer-in-Management Award from the local chapter of the Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers in February 2002, as well as the State Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers in August 2002.
