  • Establish and Maintain RFIs, ASIs, RFP/Cos (all project construction records)

  • Review Contractor’s Project Schedule, Submittal Schedule, Schedule of Values, etc.
  • Visit site regularly to observe progress and quality of work
  • Notify Owner and Contractor of any non-conformance work
  • Review Construction Materials Testing
  • Prepare and Distribute Official Punchlist(s)
  • Review as-built docs at Substantial Completion and Final Stages
